Owning Your New Year Resolutions!

Tips you need to stick with your new years resolutions.

Step 1 : Remember it is not a competition, it's a personal journey.

Step 2 : Set up an achievable goal. Once you achieve each goal reward yourself. This will increase momentum. 

Step 3 : Find a motivator to help you achieve your goal.

Step 4 : Encourage your action level. (What is action level? Perseverance, Showing up, dedication.) Have a positive self talk, no one will put in the time for you.  

Step 5 : Learn to see the glass half full. Kill negativity. 


This is your year of taking ownership of your lifestyle. Own it!
