Change is good: 

At some point in life, we all need to do something different to enable us to improve and attract positive growth. 

 Growth was promised by our Creator.  There is no specific time to start growing. Whether you start now or later, it doesn’t really matter. 

 It’s so amazing how some struggle with it and how others accept it so easily.  Either way, they all are heading towards one resolve, which is a positive outcome which makes you feel good about yourself.  

To approach growth you have to be willing to accept change.  

TIPS 

Change is good, make it your best friend- because the results of change are the sacrifices you make

  1. Change your mindset.  Your mind controls every decision that you make.  If you are able to control your mind, you will be able to control the outcome of every situation. 
  2. Take it one day at a time.  
  3. Prioritize to make a change
  4. If one approach doesn’t work, try a different one.

WHAT TO DO WHILE PREPARING TO MAKE A CHANGE

 

  1. Surround yourself with positive people who have the same mind set
  2. Make exercising a priority
  3. Give your body what it needs such as food, daily rest, positive thoughts
  4. Laugh out loud- it feels good to do so
  5. Be happy with your life and make good choices
