My Passion About Fitness

Fitness was my escape.

It brought me through life's challenges. When I felt as though I were going to explode, I would focus the negative energy into the gym. To this day, I do the same as exercise releases endorphins and energizes my soul which allows me to capture the positive energy and utilize it to empower everyone  throughout my journey.
